1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BillStack ("the Platform") at https://billstack.ng, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2 Use of Services

BillStack provides a billing and payment management platform. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of https://billstack.ng.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without prior written consent.

3 User Accounts

When you register on https://billstack.ng, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Notifying BillStack immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

BillStack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are found to be inactive for an extended period.

4 Payments & Billing

All payment transactions processed through BillStack are subject to the following conditions:

• All charges are displayed clearly before confirmation of any transaction.
• You authorise BillStack to charge your selected payment method for agreed services.
• Disputes regarding charges must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.
• BillStack is not liable for errors arising from incorrect payment details provided by the user.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on https://billstack.ng:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Platform software.
• Using the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts other users' access to BillStack.
• Violating any applicable financial regulations or anti-money-laundering laws.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, design, and materials on https://billstack.ng — including but not limited to the BillStack name, logo, and interface — are the exclusive intellectual property of BillStack and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7 Disclaimers

BillStack provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• Results obtained from using https://billstack.ng will meet your expectations.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BillStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to BillStack in the three months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

BillStack reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to https://billstack.ng at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the Platform. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

11 Changes to Terms

BillStack may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may notify you via email or a prominent notice on https://billstack.ng. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
